The main activity for Day 4 of the trip was Aoi Matsuri. I was looking out for festivals that we could attend ever since hearing about Gion Matsuri and it turns out Aoi Matsuri would be happening during our stay there!

Japan Trip 2013: Day 1

And so my long-awaited graduation trip has ended! The planning was tough but definitely worth it as I managed to cover almost everything I wanted with not too much time spent getting lost... Walked, seen, ate, and experienced a lot of Japan that I did not in my previous trips there. I'll chronicle the trip in a series of posts in the next few weeks. Been busy with the final semester of school and couldn't afford the time to blog! Whatever free time I had was spent catching up on essential anime and planning for my graduation trip.
