This second post lists some of my favourite male seiyuu of 2012. (obviously it's a much shorter list...)
Matsuoka Yoshitsugu (Kanda Sorata from Sakurasou, Kirito from Sword Art Online)
He's the new leading man! Though it seems Kaji Yuuki is still getting a ton of roles, Matsuoka is still new and is bound to get a lot more leading roles after his performance in Sakurasou and Sword Art Online.
Sugita Tomokazu (Cooking Club President from Hyouka, Tabata Hidenori from Danshi Koukousei, Sakata Gintoki from Gintama, Yamada from Tsuritama)
My favourite role from Sugita this year is the Cooking Club President. He's basically playing himself.
Eguchi Takuya (Sagara Yoshiharu from Oda Nobuna, Hokaze Kon from Ixion Saga)
Another new leading man. He can do exaggerated voices well and fits in with slapstick humour. And he was a guest on Sugita and Nakamura's Tokyo Encounter.
Nakamura Yuuichi (Oreki Houtarou from Hyouka, Sakata Kintoki from Gintama)
Casting him as Kintoki was a genius move. Also loved his role as Oreki Houtarou.
Fukuyama Jun (Togashi Yuuta from Chuunibyou)
To me, FukuJun and Miyano Mamoru are the 2 most talented male seiyuu. I don't usually notice a lot of male voices (as evident by this short list), but his role as Yuuta seemed just perfect for him. This and Watanuki are my 2 most favourite characters voiced by him.

that site only has 16 episodes.Where can i see the episode with Mizuki Nana?
I don't think anyone has translated the Nana episodes yet. Either find the raws on torrent sites or stream it on Chinese video streaming sites like tudou or youku.
